Based on that and with the other assets I guess MFI is worth 5 to 6 c so I am buying more under 1.1c

If Ireland gets his act together(these guys usually do as they are addicted to deal making) it could go back to 7 to 8 c in a couple of years which is why I keep buying on weakness.
