Yeah it's getting closer for me. This was a big cloud hanging over their head. I'm still expecting a very red day so its getting closer to the range.
One thing that holds me back is that I think some of the retail REITs have been smashed harder but have been less impacted (and are backed by physical assets) than the banks so every time I consider banks as a recovery play I end up topping up on a quality retail REIT as (imho) better value and better geared to recovery.
