I dont know why you bother...all this arguing....and giving the associate professor....attention...he does not deserve it.....
there was a post on hc last week about trolls.....think it was headed ...infestation...
applies to some posters on the prop forum threads....imo
look at the example of the refinance in 5 years argument yesterday.....downright ridiculous....and an eye opener about how much they really do not know
