Everybody seems to be solely blaming the SPP while I'm still shaking my head as to why we raised that much at a 14% discount in the first place.
We were in complete control of the finances with ~7m$ cash plus a 12m$ CPA usable gradually and at our discretion combined with very low exploration costs and good news flow.
If fidelity was so keen to get in, make them pay market price or a tiny discount for their 8m$, announce "new cornerstone investor back up BSX" and that's it. Why include an extra 10m$ heavily discounted for sophs as well ?
We have almost 40m$ of available funds now, including 28m$ cash and even if we more than double our previous exploration cashburn, most of that will be sitting in an account for quite a while at 0.5% interest rate.
