Nothing decent about the board at all in these circumstances. An absolutely disgraceful set of circumstances that has occurred with minimal transparency, given the price sensitive nature of these arrangements, that hopefully asic might look at. Perhaps the announcement, if it comes, will right all problems. If it does not Curtis should step down. But he won't.
