Graham was at RIO so hence, not BHP but some of the rest of his team may have been - the annual report lists their backgrounds
What impressed me most was the last table in the report, all that new ground pegged. So many juniors just stick to one patch of ground and hope nearology plays out for them whereas, the alliance with S32 allows AQD to keep on exploring new areas (e.g. Julimar lookalikes) - which in turn increases their likelihood of hitting paydirt
