I agree the communication should be better. However the response ANP gave me when I called, (a while back) which... makes no difference now, as it's all come out, but they said something like; of course we are fully aware of the cut off dates and how important that RPDD is, be but we'd prefer to not highlight it so as to not get the market too excited.
Make what you want from that, I'm just a messenger.
