Regulation is a joke. By rules they supposed to pay hundreds of TRILLIONS of $ for penalty but ended up with $1.3B. Well, next time a criminal should try to negotiate for 2 day communiy service instead of 25 years in jail. Committing crime costs is low. Please continue so you bankers can continue to enjoy big fat pay cheques.
The whole board during the vilation should all go to prison.
