Also I should mention that 18 months ago they only had 11,000 registered agents and BizmoGo was only just kicking off yet we were told that they had $2m funding secured at a premium with another $3m available if needed.
I don’t think it’s asking for a lot to secure $5m.
As a shareholder with a significant amount of shares in this company, i am willing to support the company moving forward but it is a two way street and shareholders want/deserve better communication and more transparency.
