Excellent management team that has executed at 100% on gold production goals. Unfortunately there has been NIL growth in gold resource base over the last 12 months. Explains why the share price has been so disappointing. Have traded BCN several times in the last 12 months (because I really like how these guys have executed) BUT will stay way until they lay out / execute a significant resource growth pathway.
