Havilah has been underfunded for years as it was more important that certain large shareholders maintain control of the Havilah than it develop its assets.
Unfortunately, the Kalkaroo asset has been marketed extensively to potential JV partners for many years but still no deal.
$5 million was never enough. It just kicked the can down the road.
