No expert trader here but happy to post a technical opinion. (not held)

The TA does look interesting. A change of character in the volume signature has occurred indicating possible accumulation. This change began back in January and became more pronounced with volume spiking on the 24/7 coinciding with the announcement "Extra Fast Charge Batteries - Potential Game Changer". The weekly shows a pennant forming with a potential price target of about 49c.

The daily shows the gap up on the 24/7 was filled on the 4/9 coinciding with the CR @ 17c but the SP recovered quickly and has been consolidating above support since then. Volumes were low in August but have been consistently higher since the CR. It is worth noting that the SP has run from 4.8c in April to 20c currently, so there are many holders deep in profit. For this reason I would employ a stop loss at around the 50 EMA (currently 18.5c). S(1) is currently at 19c (38.2% FIB) but, when the 50 EMA crosses above that level, the bullish case would expect support (and the SP) to rise accordingly. Also of note is the lower gap at 11c. I don't generally pay much heed to golden crosses.
