Ummm.. i dont think anyone thought the opposite, that it wouldn't be approved. If anything there were suggestions of possibly an additional trial, ie; further delays, which equates to further CRs, etc...
aGVHD is always expected to be approved. I have already listed the reasons but most obvious is, it is already approved for use in a few countries, Japan, New Zealand to name a few.
And like we have all said aGVHD is only going to push the SP up by a modest sum. CHF and CLBP will make more of an impact, 50/50. And of course covid ards which is a very longshot will bring about the greatest rise.
