    I think there would be a small lingering doubt in all holders minds that there is a chance that something like that may happen at some stage. No matter how small a probability you assign it there is a risk there. The way SDL has gone about the negotiations so far however has put them in a strong place of support with the goverment, given the potential employment benefits to Cameroon and the multiple flow on effects from mining royalties and wages into the economy they have a lot to gain by making sure the project goes ahead. Schools, hospitals and additonal infrastructure (rail,port etc) are all up for grabs. Cameroon would be foolish to impede progress for not only SDL but others as well. If anything were to happen no one would invest in Cameroon for the mid term at least.
