    The buyer moved it up and up. Hartleys clients didn't bite. They line wiped 8.2 jumping right up. Hartleys clients never sold down into the buy depth as they have been. Buyer was testing the waters. Could be a big boy and Hartleys clients seem out of stock to dump.
