Rose up to touch the 21 EMA then backed off.
Giving some small rise after finding some support at $2.80, but on weak volume.
Underperforming the market.
The RSI hasn't come up to touch the 50 line yet. So still possible for her to squeeze a few more cents upside.
Needs to overcome the 21 EMA and sit on top of it for anything more to happen.
All up, the stock is in a government and CEO mess. With no real direction or leadership.
