If they bought at the top of the cycle, why not get a really really long extension and wait till the cycle come back then sell. Isn’t that what the extension is all about. Giving BNB more time to sell at the right price. Equity maybe negative today, but as time goes by. It will become more positive as the cycle turn. Share price will reflect as the asset price increase. If not 1 months, then 1 year or 10 years.. the asset price will increase.. most important thing is that the asset generate enough income to pay off the interest.

This apply to all the REIT stock, price will bounce eventually. But when?
