Hard to imagine QAN dropping from $6 to just under $2 in a yr So one would have to reckon its now become a screaming buy Especially with 1/ energy costs low 2/ debt reduction under control and insto's creating a floor for the sp.
Dont know why they didnt go for more. $500 mill seems ridiculous when you look around and see other blue chips picking upto a bill or 2 Mm
