From the pricing you supplied above seems designed to entice new customers, Looking at features of the basic and standard you would go for the premuim service as it has the tools most real estates will need. Many software companies take the free offer route to gain customers, Good to see they are covering some of the costs with very reasonable pricing. Has a good concept and should scale well if they ever went into another country.
