I dont understand why Phil St Baker jumped ship. Running a company in NA from Australia would put a serious drag on family life though. So running the family company in Aus may be more of a personal decision than professional. The St Baker foundation has an 18% stake in NVX and there will be significant volumes of shares held individually as well. I think the change over simply reflects that fact. If I owned 18% I'd want a seat on the board too. I dont see Trevor bringing any greater skills or profile to NVX, Phil has had a pretty stellar profile so far. They will be playing a lesser role with Chris Burns stepping up. I suspect they think he has been groomed sufficiently for the job now, remember he is primarily a research scientist, so a major step up in responsibility for him. Succession planning and life style choice I suspect are the major factors here. Feral
