    After re-reading the announcement I think I will load up on more anywhere below $1.20 over the next few days.

    "the Company is continuing to aggressively work towards completion of the sale of its Emerald (Teresa) tenements
    in February 2009"

    The deal is still alive, and should be complete this month.
