Philip St Baker jumping ship was a surprise for me, as i'm sure it was for most people. Definitely did not see that coming...especially from the companies managing director.
I'm hoping that the changes to the BOD, the decision to bring on CFO Nick Liveris and the salary for CFO of $300,000+ (not approved by shareholders) can create some good announcements in the coming month or two.
I'm personally fine with the move for Dr. Chris Burns from COO to CEO. I'm not exactly sure why he wasn't the CEO in the first place. Seems rather odd that they left it until now. Might have been a board decision im guessing.
