I agree. These processes, and particularly this one at such a discount, are very unfair to the average retail investor who doesn't get a look in. Sun will open trading on Monday well below the latest price of $7.13.
It ramins to be seen whether $4.50 on a 1:5 basis will be worhtwhile once they open the placement to retail investors.
Good to see the outgoing CEO is so chuffed with his achevements over the last six years.
