Wave conditions based on historical date from Exxon Mobil studies that related to the oil loading facility located nearby.Initial suggestions are for a maximum 1-2m swell in a favourable NNE direction with moderate tides (approx +/- 1m) and no cyclones.The localized conditions appear very benign and amenable to a development as planned.
