When at a fire it is better to sit there and do nothing than to throw matches about,willy nilly in the hope it might do some good..We have stated adnauseum that hand outs and cosmetic improvements will get only short term relief. The Snowy Project helped pull us out by the boots after the war.Projects on a grand scale that will continue to boost production long after this crisis is what is needed. The Bradford scheme,the fast train project have been ready to go for years and the electricty supply and distribution is a disaster waiting to happen. Giving the disadvantaged a quick fix and painting their dunney will not do it.
