Projects like these need at least a year or more before it's announced. I believed discussions with the Egyptian started pre Covid.

Nonetheless, it's positive that the Egyptian principals have decided to push on with it, believing construction and commissioning takes another year. It also suggests to me, as you said, infrastructure development cannot be delayed further , even with Covid like what Henry said at the small cap conference. Confirms that every country needs to bring forwward spending on infra. I am really excited by China's take up as indicated by the interview with Tao Lin (Post #: 47489358).

Infrastructure spending esp on waste water treatment systems just cannot be delayed.
