I think this brings an end to this thread.

    Apoligies to Mr Papamihail.

    Kangaroo Metals Limited (the “Company”)
Thankyou for your additional correspondence in relation to the Company and its 2008
Annual Report noting on page 45 that Mr George Papamihail only holds 3,247,500 ordinary
    shares.

I draw your attention to ASX’s waiver granted to the Company on 18 December 2007
permitting 5,335,000 ordinary shares held by Mr Papamihail to be transferred to the
beneficial owners of the ordinary shares in the amounts set out in that waiver (2,135,000
ordinary shares of which Mr Papamihail is trustee for Chang Seng Lee and these securities
    remain escrowed in his name).

The waiver was granted on the basis there is no change in beneficial ownership and on
condition that new restriction agreements are entered into and holding lock undertakings
provided to ASX by the provider of registry services.
A copy of that waiver is attached. Please note all waivers granted by ASX are publicly
    available on www.asx.com.au.

As a result of the waiver, 3,247,500 ordinary shares issued to Mr George Papamihail remain
unquoted and escrowed until 18 April 2009. In addition 3,200,000 ordinary shares
transferred to the beneficial owners are not quoted and escrowed until 18 April 2009.
The Company has confirmed to ASX 8,947,500 ordinary shares are not quoted and remain
escrowed with holding locks in place.
I trust this answers your query.
