...yer I agree, but the issue is can they do anything with it? I've been in plenty of companies that just re-sell the land & the only losers are the shareholders. Perhaps a clue is the " tiger by the tale" metaphor. What i mean is, its huge already and Zeff is just one guy sitting in his home office directing the contractors. I'm just being realistic not negative.
