Yes Miike.....still buying and will continue to buy.
Its funny how most follow the herd and buy when the going is good and less so when it seems all is against you.
In fact its quite the opposite as im sure you have worked out.
Just got back from a week on the Gold Coast.....Good t get out of the Adelaide heat for a while.....bought a couple of properties in Currumbin while I was there.
Both in the same street I already have one.
Strange thing is....both are happy to rent back long term at premium rents ......basically covers the loan.
