Reading between the lines of Warnie's posts suggests to me that he in essence runs a funds management business that invests in residential property.
A lot of the properties he "buys" is actually with other people's money. Having said that, I suspect he owns a number of properties himself.
Warnie - what do you reckon? In future when you trumpet your next purchase, how about saying if YOU have bought it or whether you have bought for your clients, with your clients money.
