Attention: Mr Baker.
I read on Fridays after market press release that your remuneration for the past 6 months was $270 00 .I note that you have no shares in this company but you are willing to accept a bonus . This practice is unethical and not in the best interests of shareholders. This is shameful and a poor reflection on your character.
As I understand the situation to date, your claim to fame is the delivery of a failed, costly business acquisition. The ASX clearly viewed this as amateurish and not in the best interest of shareholders.
The TGA approval was instigated by the previous CEO, so no credit there.
I suggest this bonus be returned and you give shareholders real updates as to where previous deals are heading.
