The presentation doesn’t tell us anything new. How is the identiii compliance/regulatory system better than what is currently available? This company has been around for several years and if their product is so compelling how come they haven’t signed any Australian tier 1, tier 2 or tier 3 banks? It’s probably because the company has already spoken to all the Australian the banks and none of the banks believe Identii’s product is better than their legacy systems. It’s rather telling that even HSBC has not rolled out Identiti’s software to all their countries. Identitii competes in a space with many competitors who have far deeper pockets and with entrenched customers who are unlikely to leave unless Identitii’s product is far superior. I’d like to see the company succeed but it’s worrying in all these years of existence the company has failed to sign up an Australian bank as a customer.
