I'm not up to speed on all the latest with CVI.... heard some MJ guy is now the focus, use to be Tarkanyi, then Von Strattum, then Caplin.....
The latest "placed" shares, if they were paid for....
Can we just ask ASIC to ask someone right this minute "STOP.... SHOW ME THE MONEY"
In the past, shares were placed through Global to "many small holders" (according to MS..... maybe that's why they didn't show up in the Top 20 shareholders, I think.... then we hear later about Easy Office and Aitco).
Why would these "numerous investors" (talked into buying the CVI shares for 10 X turn around and sell them almost immediatly for a few X unless, as Clark Kent once said "they are about the business of losing money". (words like that).
When will this farce cease? Show us the latest money MS?
"oh no, the cat's eaten it...."
Remember, the markets were quite upbeat, when the placements through Global occurred..... could we possibly hear from any of the "numerous" investors why they sold down almost immediately at a loss? I think the "numerous" investors were in the UK. Can we track some down? Can ASIC go over there (if not to dangerous Angola with all its landmines, etc) and inquire? At the time, many HC CVI threaders were blaming the Angolans...... now we are dealing with Nigerians? Of course, they are easy scapegoats.... along with the "market collapse".
Interesting what Alan Kohler said last night about recent huge amounts of placements to "institutional investors".
The financial centres have become dens of thieves... give them bail out monies to walk away with the cash..... I wonder who is buying up the undervalued real shares in the good companies and which spivs are enjoying the slipstream.
