The people in trouble at ASIC are the former directors of MMX and CHM and co-defendents in the CHM - MMX case. The ASIC issues relate to the period when these people were in control of both MMX and CHM and surprise surprise right around the period the transactions relating to the case ocurred.
When you have a litegation funder these costs are part of what they meet. Do you really think this funder who has been meeting these costs to date will suddenly pull out now and throw their money away.
I think they will be there for the long haul. Maybe you need to do some research to find out if the AH bills have been paid or not before stressing to much about that issue.
