The current offer is reasonable ... but not a slam dunk IMO. Other offers may be getting organised, if so not surprised they haven’t bid yet as still some time before the shareholder meeting. But ... the middle of a Covid pandemic isn’t exactly M&A frenzy season, so I’m not expecting a counter bid (hoping tho).
