You can get an idea of capex by looking at peers.
Simple approach I used is to look at Capex for Victoria Gold, which is similar deposit style. Then divide by annual production ounces of Victoria Gold. That gives capital intensity per ounce of production.
You can then use that metric in estimates. Turns a guess into an educated guess.
You can apply an escalation factor to deal with inflation.
