Milesg, Can i ask why you are so aggresive when trying to ell everyone that property aint a good investment, when I like many others have over time made money out of property and beleive we will continue. inflation will just make us even more money and make 'fools' who bought at the top of the market, seem to be smart property investors.

As to inflation i didnt want to raise this as a issue as it is to complex for many non-property investors to understand how you make even money when there is inflation. Inflation is the property investors friend
