No chance and I wouldn't touch this with a 10 foot pole right now.
Compare the market cap when it opens at 50c with other ASX lithium stocks. You can buy companies that are already in production with several other development sites in the pipeline for far less than the market cap of this stock just because the market has run away with fomo because they see the word "Tesla", even thin the fixed price deal is likely to be at marginal prices at best and not likely to be a good deal for PLL in the long run.
Great SP result for existing holders and the performance last night on the nasdaq will mean some bigger gains again today. But don't go chasing this fomo now IMO.
