kincella, with further rates forecast I am waiting to see what the fixed rates will do. at moment before the cut, they were around 6.5 up to 10 year and 6.84 upto 15 years.
Hopefully they will be below 5.00% by the next cut and I will fix for as long as possible, up to 15 years if at 5% below.
