re: Ann: Announcement Re Federal Court Procee... Does this court decision mean that DP can now proceed and do what he likes with JRV -money and otherwise (given he has a majority supporting him on the board at present)until an EGM is called-which may not be for nearly 3 months from now unless Norm Seckhold exercises his rights to do so?
If so this is a very very worrying scenario for shareholders!!!
