Now I know why I'm not accepting ARA's offer. It's either incompetence or deceit when it should have been obvious to all that CMW's quarterly dividend would overlap the offer date. I would call it misrepresentation on ARA's part and those who have sold their shares to ARA expecting to get the offer price plus dividend should be reimbursed by ARA.
