Just had a thought...looked but couldnt find it and its past my bedtime....a fair while ago in a report ELK mentioned that it had exclusive rights to acquire up to Approx 400k acres from the crow ...that was the first and last i ever saw of it...Does it mean ELK may be able to acquire more acreage quickly???...at the time they were only selecting certain parts due to not having the cash to acquire it all...if anyone has the time I would appreciate if you could find the reference..maybe they decided it wasnot prospective or maybe they are still sitting on it or maybe the agreement has expired...
