    Dargie, I agree. But what chance now BBI will call for a shareholder vote on punting the manager? With the banks in total control and BNB's business plan now dedicated to dissolving itself, BBI management may now call for a vote and recommend holders vote to punt BNB. As Cschach points out however, we haven't seen the agreement so we don't know if there's a nasty termination clause...
