last week I had so many applications for a rental in dandenong VIC it was quite bizarre.
anyway signed a family for 12 months (they wanted 16) with 6 months paid in advance.
it aint that bad yet; people need to live somwhere. I don't care what the charts say; actually RENTING out a house tells a diffent story.
right location, right price, right house; if you dont expect miracles in property you wont get them, but you will get paid :)
