I'm sure Carl will give everyone a fair crack...as for the amount, he usually only goes for enough to keep the lights on, and avoid dilution....but yeah, I would have loved to have seen say, a $1m raise....but...would shareholders support it? ,given the hype over at BPH, yet EMP with what I regard as a far better risk/ reward, can't get more than a 4M MC....go figure
