Now I've seen it all.You provide two moderated posts one for off topic and one for flaming and baiting that no one can read to support your argument.Price would not have been the factor.Why would Spark appoint a providor who's tech is not up to scratch and all the problems that would come from their customer base to save a few bucks.Nor won the contract because their product was superior.Game over.
