LYC has plenty of cash. The balance sheet is fine. They cannot be wound up.
If they do not obtain the facility currently under negotiation then they become like many of the other resource rich hopefuls waiting for money (eg. BMN, UMC, GBE, etc,).
Better to be undervalued, resource rich and debt free rather than be a producer like RIO or OZL loaded with debt.
