ECT cannot form any jv partners with cornerstone investors if they dont own the IP. This is non-negotiable.

I am not relying on the government to help our cause. If the government invests anything, it will only be a token amount. Im not sure if you know how governments work...its not easy to receive any funding from government unless they have budgetted for it. My undestanding is that ECT hasnt even approached the government for any funding...and I doubt if they ever do. Their
focus is on cornerstone investors.

Maybe after 2020 the government may show some interest in Coldry - assuming the government wants lignite power stations to reduce CO2 emissions by 30%:)

ESI's main customers will be black coal customers...and the reason why they would buy coldry pellets is because it is cheaper than thermal/black coal.

Very few would buy coldry pellets because they want to help the environment UNLESS they are obliged.
