    Guy's the reason wy there is no bid & refinancing done is ...
    They cant [banks] get the price they wont ....If it's as good as u guy's say ...then the deals would have been done long ago
    Who's going to pay market value in this market ..the most u can hope for is 20/30%...
    The longer this goe's on the bid's get less & less ...
    Sorry but this is reality
