There's nothing wrong with IO loans. Just because you use them doesn't mean that dont still park all your extra cash somewhere. I only use IO loans, plus a line of credit. All excess funds build up on the LOC to be used on the next investment. Whats wrong with that?? Savings are still made on interest while the cash is there and then used as a deposit on the next IO loan.
